This page is maintained by Cape Comfort to explain how we handle the information you share with us when booking transport.
Information we collect
When you request a booking we collect the details you enter in our form: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, travel dates, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger and luggage numbers, and any notes you choose to share.
How we use your information
We use your details only to quote, confirm and deliver your transfer or tour, to communicate with you about your journey, and to assign a suitable vehicle and driver.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary details with the driver assigned to your journey. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Retention
Booking records are kept for as long as needed for service, accounting and legal purposes, after which they are deleted.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing bookings@capecomfort.co.za.
